Dale Thayer closed it out for MUDVILLE and Giancarlo Stanton connected with a
'big fly' and had 4 RBI at Minute Maid Park where the MUDVILLE NINE beat the
WISCONSIN TIMBER RATTLERS by the score of 9 to 7.
 
MUDVILLE came up with the deciding runs in the top of the 9th inning plating 2
runs utilizing 2 base hits.  After two were out Buster Posey began the rally
when he delivered a single.  Dylan Axelrod then threw a wild pitch.  Stanton
then cracked a two-run shot.  MUDVILLE rapped out 12 hits for the night.
 
The win was credited to Steve Delabar(2-0) who went 1 inning allowing 1 run.
Delabar got help from Thayer who earned his 1st save.  The loss was charged
to Axelrod(1-1) in relief.
