Madison Bumgarner reeled off a total of 12 strikeouts and Josh Willingham
rocketed 2 homeruns and had 3 RBI as the JACKSONVILLE SUNS beat the WISCONSIN
TIMBER RATTLERS by a score of 6 to 0.
 
The WISCONSIN fans didn't appreciate the big day Willingham had.  He clubbed a
solo home run in the 1st inning and bombed a two-run dinger in the 7th
inning.  Both teams ended up with 4 hits on the night.  
 
Bumgarner(3-3) went the distance for the shutout. Jonathan Sanchez(1-4) was
the loser.  He was stingy with the baserunners, allowing just 3 hits and 1
walk in 6 and 2/3 innings.
 
Bumgarner, when asked about his 12 strikeout performance noted, 'The important
thing is that we won, if I get 20 and we lose, what good does it do our team?
But, on the other hand, since we won it feels great!'
