Ryan Doumit hit a homerun and had 3 RBI at Minute Maid Park as the HUDSON
VALLEY RENEGADES beat the WISCONSIN TIMBER RATTLERS 13 to 6.
 
HUDSON VALLEY took the lead for good in the 5th inning as they scored 4 runs
on 5 base hits.  HUDSON VALLEY bats were very productive in the 5th inning
with 4 runs on 5 hits and the 8th inning when they had 4 runs on 5 hits.
HUDSON VALLEY had 21 hits overall, while WISCONSIN had 9.  
 
Luis Perez(3-0) got the win allowing 1 run in 3 and 2/3 innings. Drew Storen
earned the save, his 3rd.  Derek Lowe(2-6) was the losing pitcher.  He
allowed 13 hits and 3 walks in 7 innings.  
 
'It felt really nice to get this win,' Perez said. 'I kind of dictated the
game. It's what I get paid to do. It worked out this time.'
