In a lop-sided win the MEMPHIS REDBIRDS ended a long winless drought and
ripped the WISCONSIN TIMBER RATTLERS by a 11 to 4 count.
 
MEMPHIS took the lead for keeps in the top of the 5th inning when they came up
with 3 runs on 4 hits.  Overall MEMPHIS out-hit WISCONSIN 17 to 6.  
 
Scott Feldman(1-4) got the win allowing 4 runs in 7 innings. Ross
Ohlendorf(2-6) absorbed the loss.  He gave up 7 runs in 6 innings of work.
 
The win by MEMPHIS was very good news as they had been 1-9 of late.  Now their
seasonal record improves to 15-35.  WISCONSIN continued their losing ways and
their record is now 11-40.  They are 0-10 in their last ten games.
