WISCONSIN fans certainly got their money's worth at Minute Maid Park.  Mark
Buehrle(1-0) pitched a rare no-hitter as the HUDSON VALLEY RENEGADES toppled
the WISCONSIN TIMBER RATTLERS 3 to 0.
 
Buehrle was just too much for WISCONSIN.  He walked 4 WISCONSIN batters.  The
HUDSON VALLEY players and coaches started to leave Buehrle alone with his
thoughts after the game reached the 7th inning.  By the time the 9th inning
rolled around, you could hear a pin drop every time he went to his wind-up -
and an explosion after every out.  HUDSON VALLEY rapped out 10 hits for the
night.  
 
Ross Ohlendorf(0-1) was tagged with the loss.  He gave up 3 runs and 9 hits in
7 and 1/3 innings.  'I gave it everything I had. It's probably the greatest
day of my life,' Buehrle said. 'I was out there focusing on my catcher's
glove, that's all. I just concentrated on pitching my game.'
